I’m a born and bred Hoosier, and I love everything Indianapolis has to offer—the people, the local farms and restaurants, the expanding downtown neighborhoods, and the booming tech scene. I also love to travel, and I’ve lived in some cool places, but Indiana will always be home.

I fully believe in the power storytelling to inspire and ignite passion. I am a self-proclaimed social media geek, and I love the way it connects people across distances and backgrounds. I am truly fascinated by the effect it can have on a brand, community, or person.

I’m a huge sports fan. I consider myself a professional sideline cheerleader for the Indiana Hoosiers (my alma mater), Michigan State Spartans (my childhood stomping grounds), Indianapolis Colts, Detroit Red Wings, and Chicago Cubs.

I like to stay on top of the latest tech trends and devices. I’m an early adopter and unabashed collector of all things Apple. You’ll rarely find me without my iPhone, iPad Mini, MacBook Pro, and Apple TV.

I believe clothes and accessories are key components of one’s personal brand. I love fashion and am creatively inspired by runway shows, #OOTD (Outfit of the Day), shoes, handbags, unique styling and emerging trends.

my FUTURE

I aspire to be the Don Draper of the 21st century and am a huge believer in storytelling. If I’m lucky, I’ll one day be able to influence the marketing industry as a CMO.

  • Lead an organization of 75+ Global Customer Marketers across 18 Products, 8 Core Industries and 20+ Countries.
  • Annually, worked with over +850 brands including Williams Sonoma, Spotify, AAA, General Mills, Formula 1, Gucci delivering over 2,000 co-marketing activities.
  • Built scalable, cross cloud Customer Marketing Programs including Advocacy, Customer Creative, Digital Storytelling and References driving career development and growth.
  • Delivered authentic storytelling with our Customer Reference program that produced measurable results. In the last fiscal year, the Customer Reference program supported 3K+ Opportunities, $2.1B in open pipe, $880M closed AC.V

  • Implement scalable solutions for digital marketing campaigns within Marketing Cloud. Launch a global preference center that simplifies subscriber data management, empowers subscribers, and provides a best-in-class preference management experience.
  • Grow our audience across email, mobile, and social; engage in meaningful interactions across all channels; and integrate journeys into every Marketing Campaign to drive accelerated growth for Salesforce.
  • Developed, managed, and executed an integrated global social media strategy to achieve business objectives on behalf of ExactTarget Marketing Cloud. Acted as both the public face of ExactTarget’s social media efforts and a capable coordinator, empowering voices from across the entire global organization to leverage social media.
  • Delivered world-class social experiences at tier 1 events, including SXSW, Cannes Lion, Connections, and Dreamforce. Used social to enhance tier 1 events for attendees, while creating a social experience for those “watching” on social.
  • Became the social thought leader by establishing best practices, creating enablement programs, and participating in roadshows to properly train stakeholders.
  • Developed, managed, and executed an integrated global social media strategy to achieve business objectives on behalf of ExactTarget Marketing Cloud.   • Was responsible for the development and promotion of ExactTarget’s social media marketing content, closely aligning content with corporate goals and empowering internal brand advocates in social.
  • Grew ExactTarget’s tier 1 social audience by 88% YOY and expanded ExactTarget’s social presence across Google+, Pinterest, and Instagram.
  • Owned ExactTarget’s social portfolio of features and services. Was an original member of the Social Media Lab in San Francisco evangelizing social product offerings, diving deep into the market and developing product and go-to-market proposals for ExactTarget’s social products.
  • Aligned with sales to interact with customers and prospects to build personas, understand customer needs, and drive sales opportunities.
  • Managed all company web-based marketing efforts, including microsites, landing pages, pay per click (PPC) campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media.
  • Salesforce.com administrator for GlasCraft’s CRM system. Responsibilities included managing users and customizing the application to work for GlasCraft’s needs. Worked with management to completely overhaul the processing of leads to opportunities, which helped salesmen keep track of prospects.
  • Responsible for GlasCraft’s ExactTarget email program. Duties included integrating contacts with the Salesforce CRM system, and creatively designing and sending new email campaigns.
  • Coordinated a Distributor Conference, a three-day meeting of 125 of GlasCraft’s Distributors from all over the world.
  • Project manager for various agency clients. Responsibilities included designing and implementing an e-mail marketing campaign, managing interns, and strategically marketing their digital campaigns.
